SO. Things have been a bit strange settling down in a new place. I've managed though. My husband and I are adjusting to his shore duty rather well. I must say that it is AMAZING having him home every night, if not a bit surreal. 

More on the personal news front I started to write a book. I'm a little over 31,000 words into this Sci-fi/Fantasy novel and I really have a lot of hope for it. There are parts where I can tell that I'm an amazing writer. The thoughts and feelings that I evoke while I'm writing some sections is truly beautiful. 

Other parts I'm super insecure about but I'm getting better about not stressing over them. I started a blog that helps people who are looking for tips on starting to write a book. It is Greybowbooks.tumblr.com. Check it out if you get a chance. 

Any who I'll post more details about the book at a later time and hopefully when that happens It will also be with some info on when it will be published. One can always dream.

Wow-o-wow... It really has been a crazy year. I had to say good bye to a lot of people that I considered part of my Japanese family.(No, not all of them were Japanese.) I left Japan and am currently back in my home town. I'll be moving to Texas soon. I'm going to get to spend a lovely shore duty term with my husband. I am over all ready to become a mom and hoping that will be in my near future. Lots to do in the next few weekends but here is to hoping the creative streak I have will continue though. I'm planning on posting again soon. Hopefully it'll as much of an amazing year as I think it will be. 

Wow, I can't believe that time has gone by so quickly. Well, here is my latest. I'm alive, randomly tossing around art ideas, wondering if I can really do what I want to do with my wood working abilities, working on my photography, and over all attempting to improve myself. I've got a lot of big plans for the 2014 year but 2013 is a time when I'm gonna enjoy the culture and last bit of living that I'll be doing in Japan. Good friends come to pass. Good times in my future. The present is just the journey to what is next, and you know what they say. It's not where you're from or where you're going it's how you get there that matters. XD Here is to a wonderful year.

For reasons unknown to me a few of my friends were talking aobut DA the other day. I got to thinking about how long its been since I was on here and with the recent string of insperation fueling my blog and my writing I'll most likely post on here when I get the chance. Here is to new muses finding us at strange moments.

It seems that my life is turned upside down at the moment but I'm working through it. Grandfather had a stroke and went to the Hospital. They discovered it was a Bleeding stroke and he is being held under close observation until further notice. I found out that I'll be mocing to Japan via my husband's new orders. Shock and wonder await me there and I'm hoping it will be all right. Best friend/Sister took it HARD. She is not happy and I wish I could make it easier for her. I love my Ashley. On the lighter side of things I'm going to Las Vegas and will be there until the 13th. The 17th I'm gonig to Davis' boot camp graduation. Awesome fun that will be! Other then that I'm alright. How are you?
